PRIVACY POLICY

weblivescore.com is a platform which allows to count scores of sports events by referees and players, to display live scores of sports events, to display these live scores on streaming services and to display sponsors of the featured events (hereinafter also referred to as “Software” or “Platform”). The Software processes the following customer data for Clients:

first name, last name, nationality, match times, match results.

The data is collected and imported by our Clients. In order to consent to the processing of this data, our Clients must obtain consent from their customers. The data can be viewed on weblivescore.com for the duration of the relevant event. The data will be irretrievably deleted after the event.

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data (hereinafter also referred to as “data”) in the context of the use of the Software by Number One Solutions as the Controller. This Privacy Policy does not apply to data processing in the context of (other) services or contract fulfillment by Clients or to data processing by Number One Solutions on behalf of Clients. For further information in this regard please contact the respective Client directly. 

3.1. General processing 

For the purpose of providing the Platform as well as for the provision of our services (procurement of passes and tickets for accreditation as well as the procurement and administration of memberships or participations) via the Platform weblivescore.com, the Controller processes data of end users (“Users”). 

The legal basis for the processing of the Necessary Data is therefore Art 6 para 1. (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The legal basis for the processing of Voluntary Data is your consent (Art 6 para 1. (a) GDPR). 

 

3.2. Data processing on behalf of Clients 

Number One Solutions further processes the information and content defined, provided or requested by the respective Clients on their behalf. This includes all data not mentioned in the previous paragraph, thus in particular all match information.

 

3.3. Data processors 

These data are processed and stored via the following processors on our behalf: 

  • Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is used to store the data processed as part of the Software. Further, the automated sending of e-mails for authentication during the registration process is handled by Firebase. 
  • WORLD4YOU Internet Services GmbH (Hafenstrasse 35, 4020 Linz, Austria) is used for web hosting of the general internet presence on weblivescore.com as well as the user interface of On Your Marks, accessible at weblivescore.com/app. WORLD4YOU’s mail servers are used to send all in-app notifications, with the exception of authentication emails. 

 

3.4. Transfers and disclosures 

For the purpose of service provision by the Clients, Necessary and Voluntary data will be shared with them. The scope of the transfer is defined in the privacy policy or the terms of use of the respective Client, available the Client’s websites. The legal basis for this transfer is Art 6 para 1. (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art 6 para 1. (f) GDPR (our as well as your interest in the connection between Platform and Clients). 

For the seamless provision of services, also organizers may be provided with the data requested by our Clients. Usually, this is the name and photo as well as further information defined by the Client via QR code, which are listed in detail in their individual terms of use and privacy policy. The legal basis for this transmission is Art 6 para 1. (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art 6 para 1. (f) GDPR (our as well as your interest in the seamless provision of services). 

We store personal data only on servers within the European Union. Only if it is technically unavoidable, the data required for this purpose will be transferred to third countries and only if an appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed, for example standard contractual clauses have been concluded, binding corporate rules or other appropriate guarantees exist or users have consented to this transfer. 

4.1. Server Log-Files 

When using the website for information purposes only, i.e., when you do not take any action on the website, we do not collect any personal data, with the exception of the data that your browser automatically transmits, so-called server log files, in order to enable you to visit the website. These include, for example, IP address, date and time of the request, content of the request (specific page), browser, operating system and its interface, as well as language and version of the browser software. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para 1. (f) GDPR, namely, to optimize the website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and to provide useful information about our services, as well as to increase the security and stability of the website and to be able to detect and track attacks on the website and misuse. This data will not be merged with data from other data sources; nor will this data be shared with third parties (with the exception of the relevant authorities, legal representatives and insurance companies in the event of website abuse). This data is stored for a period of 14 days. 

 

4.2. Contact 

If you send us a message via our contact form, e-mail or in any other form, your data of the request form or the message, including the contact information you provide there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. The data will be kept as long as necessary to communicate with you and will be deleted three years after your last contact. 

We do not pass on this data without your consent. This data is processed in order to fulfill our (pre-)contractual obligations to you (Art 6 para 1. (b) GDPR). You and we also have a legitimate interest in communicating with you based on your request (Art 6 (1) (f) GDPR). 

 

4.3. Cookies 

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device via the browser. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. Cookies are used to personalize content and advertisements. Cookies are used to improve the quality of services, to recommend content and search results, and to track user trends, such as what content is being consumed. This allows the use of the website to be optimized. 

Furthermore, valuable insights into user needs are gained. These insights help to further improve the quality of the digital presence. In the password-protected areas of weblivescore.com, only cookies that ensure the functionality of the website are used (“Necessary Cookies”). In the publicly accessible areas of our website, analysis, reporting and marketing cookies are also used (“Non-Essential Cookies”). 

With regard to Necessary Cookies, the processing of cookie data is based on a legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para 1. (f) GDPR, namely, to ensure the functionality and security of this website. With regard to Non-Essential Cookies, the processing is based on consent within the Cookie Settings at the beginning or during the visit of the website. This consent can be adjusted at any time within the Cookie Settings and thus the consent can also be revoked at any time with future effect.

In principle, your data will be stored for the duration of the sports event. The storage period of data processed on behalf of Clients depends on the requirements of the respective Client and can be found in the privacy policy of the respective Client. 

As a data subject, you have the right to information at any time about your processed personal data, its source and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to rectification, data portability, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data. 

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority. All data stored by us can be viewed and deletion can be requested in the password-protected area of weblivescore.com, accessible only by our Clients via the user area. Our support team can be reached at get@weblivescore.com and will provide information about stored data and accept deletion requests upon request. 

However, we understand a deletion of this data or deletion request regarding the entire account to us as a request to the respective Client for deletion, which we then fulfill within the scope of the processing on behalf of the respective Client.
